Down along the coast, you've got sunshine until late afternoon, then storms roll in after 5 P.M. Temperature-wise. Columbia hits 78 degrees — the warmest spot today. The Upstate and Lowcountry both reach 74. Southwest winds gust to 21 miles an hour in the Upstate, breezy elsewhere at 10 to 12. Tonight, those storms linger through the evening.
