Navigating the holiday while sober or in recovery of any kind can be challenging. these are things I use in my daily life and during the holiday season when attending various events. Sobriety and choosing to get sober was the most monumental and pivotal event in my life thus far. It has been and probably always will be the most gratifying, humbling experience I have had. Recovery and leading a life without alcohol consumption has made me learn who I am and challenged me to change every single aspect of my life..
