This brief learning introduction which is part of my studies in core counselling skills discovers and explores a person-centred theoretical method is an approach to counselling that is predicated on the idea that everyone has epiphanies about how they are potentially competent individuals, and this type of therapy can help. The concept emphasises how and why each person perceives things when one learns about the ability to recognise issues and develop answers.
