Episode notes
Welcome back to Tanya is a ברייתא! This week, we ask a most persnikety question: the Alter Rebbe seems to contradict his own logic in his hilchos lulav. While discovering the answer, we gain a deeper insight in his take on making a dira bitachtonim.
(The intention of this series is to attempt to bring out the Alter Rebbe’s intention by doing a deep dive into his (oftentimes niglah’dike) sources. Enjoy the shiur!)
