Using Microsoft Copilot Studio, I built a Retrieval, Task, and Autonomous AI Agent - each increasingly smarter than the next. I will take you under the hood to explore their components, functionality, evolution and key differences. The Task based agent is new to this channel and uses ServiceNow connectors for both read/write to a ServiceNow database.
