Before I started really getting into social media, I only saw the occasional woman with plastic surgery. Now, with the BBLs, boob jobs, lip injections, botox, tummy tucks, liposuction, etc, men are conditioned to be attracted to these fake women just as women are conditioned to like these body-building millionaires.
