Moving with Intention, Without the Pressure!
Women’s Day was just on Saturday, 09 August, and for many of us, the weekend was filled with events, messages, and moments that made us think about our lives and where we are. Then the new week comes, and real life is back, and with it, those quiet thoughts like, “Am I doing enough? Am I falling behind?” In this episode, I talk about how it’s possible for people to see your life as moving fast and easy, while you are looking at others and feeling like you are the one behind. I share my own moments of thinking that, and what has helped me move through life without the constant pressure to keep up. Sometimes, it’s not about going faster, it’s about knowing you are going in the right direction for you.
Stewarding What God Trusted You With!
Sometimes we are so busy chasing the “next big thing” that we miss the very thing God has already placed in our hands. In this episode, Zanele talks about what it really means to steward what God has trusted you with — even when it feels small, quiet, or unseen. Whether it’s your job, your voice, your family, your healing, or that one idea you keep putting on the shelf, this is your reminder that it matters. In additiona, Zanele talks about the tension of being someone with many ideas (and always ready to do more), while God gently whispers, “Take care of this first.” The aim is to reflect on what it looks like to slow down in a world that’s constantly speeding up. This episode is about honouring what you already carry, with care, peace, and a sense of responsibility.
Bet on Yourself, Sis: How I Became My Own Biggest Sponsor
There comes a time when you stop waiting for someone to believe in you — and decide to believe in yourself first. In this episode, I open up about what it really looked like to invest in myself, even when it felt uncomfortable. I share how this podcast — Self-Reacquaintance — became one of the biggest sponsors of my journey, not just in message but also financially. It reminded me that what we create with heart can one day show up for us too. If you’ve been second-guessing your ideas, delaying your start, or waiting for support before you move — this one is for you. You are worth the risk. You are worth the effort. And you don’t need permission to begin.
Coming Home to You
July 2025 has been intense — from the fast-changing news to the constant pressure to keep going. And if I’m honest, it’s left me feeling a little out of touch with myself. In this episode, I open up about the challenge of slowing down when you’re wired to keep moving, creating, and showing up for everyone. I talk about how easy it is to live on autopilot, even when your soul is asking for rest. This is a reminder — for you and for me — that it’s okay to pause, to breathe, and to return to who you are underneath the busyness.
