In this video I break down why this can be a very confusing statement. This boils down to 4 Main reasons which are : -happiness temporary state, will end (getting to goals doesn't get rid of problems) -"happiness is within" belief : -you'll never reach it per se, mindset can affect how you feel and it can only be reached by internal drive -"happiness external" belief -removing financial pressure in area reduced rates of anxiety and depression. Studies show external factors of finance increasing risks of mental health problems.
