Why Teaching for Eternity Matters (ft. Judelle McCormick)
Episode notes
Welcome back to another episode of Seeking What They Sought! This week, Sean and Anthony are joined by the small-but-mighty Judelle McCormick, who we've known well since our college days at Walla Walla University. As a teaching principal at a small Adventist school in the Pacific Northwest, Judelle shares her journey from Sri Lanka to Pohnpei and finally to Walla Walla, offering insights into the unique challenges and rewarding experiences of Adventist education. We explore what it really means to educate for eternity, the importance of mission-driven teaching, and how to keep burnout at bay in a demanding yet fulfilling career. Spoiler alert: Jesse and Erik missed out on this one, so enjoy the more civil dialogue!
