Paul Gillingham joins us to talk about is new book "Unrevolutionary Mexico: The Birth of a Strange Dictatorship". Paul shares his motivations for researching Mexico, the theoretical framework behind his book, and he discusses the 20th century history of Veracruz and Guerrero.
