Episode notes
Hello lovely people–
You’ve probably heard of the popular phrase “I’ll believe it, when I see it” but have you heard of “when I believe it, I’ll see it.” When we say believing is seeing, we are talking about the concept of ~manifestation~. Yes, this word has gained a lot of popularity within recent times. With that, we as a society are just starting to unpack its meaning and its potential role in achieving our wildest pursuits and goals, as well as how manifestation practices can enhance every aspect of our mental physical wellbeing.
We are also quite curious about manifestation and what this concept or philosophy entails including its history, evidence, and various mechanisms of implementation. So, in today’s conversation, we bring you the topic of manifesting and the tangential branch of psychology concerning beliefs/expectations. In this conversation we highlight a current leader in the field of manifestation, Dr. James Doty, and his recent groundbreaking book “Mind magic: The Neuroscience of Manifestation and How it Changes Everything.” We also dive into the empirical evidence supporting manifestation and also include our own personal manifestation.
We hope you tune in and enjoy the conversation!
Peace and Love,
