‘In art school, a professor chastised me for the lack of a traceable icon. I am deathly uninterested in that. The art is not complete until it betrays the artist. I think if there’s anything that unites what I do, it’s on and around the question of the limits of knowledge.

‘We are taught to centralize ourselves in our lives, that we design our life, we lead our life. I am in the process of deeply questioning that thesis. What would it look like, if instead of leading my life, I followed it?’
