Deceptively peaceful. Providence tops out near 37 degrees this afternoon. Down along Narragansett Bay, you're seeing 36 degrees. Grab your groceries now. Finish your errands before lunch. Snow starts falling around 7 to 8 tonight. By 11 it turns ferocious. Snowfall rates hit 2 to 4 inches per hour. Winds crank up to 30 miles an hour with gusts screaming past 55. Along the coast?
