Right now you're sitting around 34 degrees under gray skies. Pretty tame. Almost boring. Here's the deal though. This is the deep breath before the scream. Tonight, temperatures slide into the mid 20s with a slight chance of snow around 8 PM. Providence might see patchy fog after 10. Nothing dramatic yet. But tomorrow? Everything changes. The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning for all of Rhode Island starting 4 PM Sunday through 7 AM Tuesday. Let that sink in. We're talking heavy snow falling 2 to 4 inches per hour. Winds gusting to 55 miles an hour. Whiteout conditions. Total snowfall between one and two feet. This is the kind of storm where y ...
