Healing Your Heart Garden | Guided Meditation for Self-Worth & Release

Your heart is a garden—and healing can begin by gently noticing what has taken root. In this guided Healing Heart Garden Meditation, I'll lead you through a visualization to explore your inner garden with openness and curiosity, release what you're ready to let go of, and intentionally plant new seeds of love, joy, worth, belonging, dignity, and truth. There is nothing you need to fix and nowhere you need to get to. Simply notice what's growing, tend to what feels ready for your attention, and remember: you don't have to tend the entire garden today. You can return whenever you need. This meditation accompanies the Inner Heart Healing Road Map episode, Out With the Old, In With the Truth: Healing Our Foundation of Self. Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can safely close your eyes. With Love, Rev. Jane

Out With the Old, In With the Truth: Healing Our Foundation of Self

What if some of the things we believe about ourselves aren't actually who we are? In this installment of the Inner Heart Healing Road Map, I explore how complex trauma, emotional abandonment, and shame can become patterns we mistake for identity—and what it can look like to begin choosing something different. Through my own experiences, we explore the Root, Garden, Heart and Throat centers; neuroplasticity; self-worth; emotional support; and a four-step practice for self-validation: Recognize, Validate, Discern and Support. Stay through the end for a tarot pull and Healing Heart Garden Meditation to gently release what you're ready to let go of and plant new seeds of love, belonging, dignity and truth. With Love, Rev. Jane In this episode of the Inner Heart Healing Road Map, we're exploring our foundation of Self—the beliefs and patterns that can take root when trauma, emotional abandonment, fear, and shame become part of our earliest understanding of who we are. I share some of my own experiences with complex trauma and what I've learned about grieving old identities, choosing ourselves repeatedly, and learning to build self-worth, love, and belonging from within. IN THIS EPISODE: • How prolonged trauma can affect the way we process emotions, memories, and perceived threats • The Root and Garden metaphor for understanding learned patterns • Why awakening and healing can include grief • The Heart Center and rebuilding self-worth, love, and belonging • The Throat Center, creativity, and learning to express our truth • Emotional self-support and self-validation • Why self-worth and accountability must coexist • Journal prompts for beginning your own practice • Tarot pull • Healing Heart Garden Meditation THE SELF-VALIDATION PRACTICE: Recognize — This happened, and this is what I experienced. Validate — My feelings about this experience are real and worthy of my attention. Discern — What belongs to me here? What am I responsible for, and what isn't mine to carry? Support — What do I need right now, and how can I offer that to myself with compassion? My feelings are valid. My interpretation can still be examined. My behavior is still mine to own. JOURNAL PROMPTS: What does abandonment feel like for me? What do I need when I feel that way? How can I offer some of that support to myself? If journaling feels difficult, simply begin with: “Right now I feel…” “What I wish someone understood is…” “What I need to hear right now is…” “Today I can honor myself by…” READ: Out With the Old, In With the Truth REFLECT: Shedding What Was Never Mine With Love & Gratitude, Rev. What If Awakening Had a Map? | The Inner Heart Healing Road Map

What if awakening had a map? Over the last few years, as I’ve moved through my own healing and spiritual awakening, there have been so many moments when I’ve thought, if only I had a map. Healing from trauma, grief, abandonment, and old patterns can feel anything but linear. We circle back. We find unexpected roadblocks. We reach trail junctions and sometimes realize the path we were following no longer feels like ours. That experience became the inspiration for the Inner Heart Healing Road Map. In this introductory episode, I share how the Road Map came to be, what I’ve learned through my own healing journey, and why I believe healing isn't about following someone else's directions. It's about learning how to recognize and read the landmarks, road signs, patterns, and inner wisdom along our own path. We'll explore the three parts of the Road Map — Foundation, Fundamentals, and Freedom — and how they can help us begin to understand where we are in our healing without needing to know exactly where the road will lead. I also pull a Tarot card for the collective, and close with a guided meditation to help you connect with your own inner road map. Four Years Changed Everything | Becoming Reverend Jane Garrity

Becoming Reverend Jane Garrity Four years ago, I didn't think I'd survive my own life. Today, I'm Reverend Jane Garrity. This episode marks the beginning of a new chapter—one I never imagined I would write. In this conversation, I share the story behind my ordination through the Church of Divine Light and the years of healing, recovery, psychic development, and personal transformation that brought me here. More importantly, I talk about what ministry means to me. Not as doctrine. Not as dogma. But as creating spaces for healing, autonomy, compassion, and remembering who we truly are. In this episode we explore: • Healing from addiction and complex trauma • My psychic awakening • Why I chose to become an ordained minister • What Inner Heart Healing Ministry is all about • Following intuition even when the path feels uncertain If you've ever wondered how healing changes the direction of your life, I hope this conversation reminds you that sometimes the most meaningful paths are the ones we never expected to walk.
