Restore - What Does God Restore

Loss can change us in ways we never expected. In this episode, we explore what God can restore within us - our hope, joy, purpose, and ability to dream again. "I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten." Joel 2:25

He Restores My Soul

Loss may reshape us, but it doesn't have to define us. In this episode, we explore how God restores the places within us that grief and loss have touched. "He restores my soul." Psalm 23:3 There is still hope. There is still purpose. And there is still more ahead. As God grows in us, we will be changed.

Abide. Acceptance. Action. A Recap of the Journey

We learned to stay with God, face what is, and move forward in faith. Fear may demand silence, but faith speaks, even when our emotions haven't caught up. "Do not fear, for I am with you." -Isaiah 41:10 The journey continues. There is still more ahead! As God Grows In Us, We Will Be Changed.

Action; What Are You Carrying

In this episode of Reshaped By Loss, we get personal about the things we learn to carry through grief, including patterns we may unknowingly pass down. We reflect on how what we are taught about strengt, tears, and pain can shape the way wee heal and how we teach those that come after us.

Action: Keep Moving

In this episode of Reshaped By Loss, we continue the Action journey by exploring what it means to keep moving after taking the first step. Through Hebrews 12:1-2 and honest reflection on grief, Moving forward doesn't mean forgetting what we lost, sometimes action means laying down what weighs us down, fixing our eyes on Jesus and trusting God.

Action: Take the Next Step

In this episode of Reshaped by Loss, we begin a new chapter: Action. Through Isaiah. 43:19 and my own journey of grief, including how Reshaped by Loss began, we explore what it means to recognize the new thing God may be doing and have the courage to take the next step. You don't need the whole plan. Sometimes you simply need to say, "Yes God," and take the step.

Acceptance: Making Peace With What Is

As we close the Acceptance series, we reflect on what it means to acknowledge what we cannot change while trusting in God with what comes next. Acceptance isn't forgetting or saying what happened was okay, it is learning to carry what happened differently and making room for healing, peace, and a new beginning. As God Grows In Us, WE WILL BE CHANGED

Acceptance: What Are You Resisting?

In this episode of Reshaped By Loss, we take a deeper look at the things we may resist after loss, the reality of what happened, the life that changed, our emotions, and even the person we are becoming. Through faith and honest reflections, we explore what it means to surrender what we cannot and trust God with what comes next.

Acceptance: Is Moving Forward Betrayal

In this episode of Reshaped by Loss, we explore the fear that can come with healing. Does moving forward mean we're leaving our love ones, our past, or our dreams behind? We learn that healing doesn't erase what we've lost, it teaches us how to carry it differently.

Acceptance

As we begin the Acceptance series, we explore what acceptance truly means in the journey of grief. Acceptance is not approval, agreement, or forgetting, it is acknowledging what is true so healing can begin. Join me as we discover how God meets us in reality and gently leads us towards peace.
