ASEZ Student Volunteers in Brockton
Student Volunteers of ASEZ (Save the Earth from A to Z) joined Representative Rita Mendes to discuss their efforts in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through supporting environmental protection initiatives and clean-ups within the City of Brockton.
Regulating Generative AI in Massachusetts
Representative Rita Mendes sits down with Aashish Krishna, a Umass Boston student. Aashish interned at Rep. Mendes’ office and worked on AI regulations, benefits, and concerns. We also compared how the European Union AI Act can perhaps serve as a model to attempt to regulate AI in Massachusetts and beyond.
