Everyone has a bad day. Or two. Or three. It’s “fun” when you can get to a point where the pain only lasts a couple of hours because of your growth and you are able to hold on much easier. Whether it is music, a therapist, your favorite sport, treating yourself to a yummy sausage breakfast burrito from Pepe’s Finest, spending time with a loved one, a pet or a cozy movie, hold on to that, take a deep breath in and let it alllllll out, out loud. Over and over again until it works. Slow, easy breaths. Feel how you respond to your breath and question what you need to recover. How does your breath feel? Sound? Hold on to your loved ones. Keep them tight and near. Love hard. Experience all you can, anytime, anywhere. Be open and say yes to “everything”.
