Episode notes
What if fate isn’t a fixed script, but a living weave—shaped by everything we inherit and every choice we make?
In Episode 40, Raven follows the threads of fate and free will through the Greek Moirai, the Norse Norns and the Web of Wyrd, Indigenous stories of Grandmother Spider, the workings of karma, and even modern ideas about causality and consciousness. Together, they reveal an ancient truth: we may not choose every thread placed in our hands, but we participate in what those threads become.
Beneath a Waning Gibbous Moon in Pisces and a Virgo Sun, we explore the delicate balance between surrender and structure, intuition and action, discipline and soul. Then, in Kitchen Witchery, we bring the lesson to the table with Fruits of the Wyrd—a peach-and-pear crumble worked in three layers representing creation, choice, and release.
This episode is an invitation to examine the pattern already forming beneath your life. What will you continue weaving? What are you ready to change? And what might become possible when you remember that the thread is still in your hands?
