Episode notes

Sex can be so taboo. So many women experience pelvic pain and many people are going through it in their sex lives but no one is talking about it. We don’t talk about sexual health enough and many people are left without the tools they need to thrive in their relationships. So this week we are interviewing a clinical psychologist talking specifically about a problem some women face in the bedroom, pain during sex.

Dr. Kuffel, who we have had on before for our valentines edition episode, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializes in the research and treatment of sexual and relationship difficulties.

In this episode we dive into understanding why some women experience pain during sex, what treatment options there are, and books/resources and more to experience a thriving sex life.
