It’s tempting to blame the surrounding culture for the difficulties facing the church. But meaningful change begins closer to home.

In this session, Ralph Moore challenges church leaders to examine their own assumptions, habits and ministry structures before focusing on what’s wrong with the world around them. A post-Christian culture may expose weaknesses that were already present in our churches.

Rather than becoming defensive, we can use that opportunity to ask better questions, simplify what has become complicated and recover the priorities Jesus gave his followers.

Renewal begins when we are willing to look honestly at ourselves.
