Physical Theatre challenges conventional acting methods by shifting the focus from verbal dialogue to physical expression, encouraging actors to explore new ways of storytelling and character portrayal. By emphasizing movement, gesture, and non-verbal communication, Physical Theatre pushes the boundaries of traditional performance and invites both actors and audiences to engage in a more dynamic and innovative form of theatre. By integrating the principles of Physical Theatre into the school environment, educators can foster a more dynamic and engaging learning experience. These principles not only enhance students’ communication and creative skills but also support emotional and social development, making physical theatre a valuable tool in education.
