Episode notes
Assalamu Alaikum (Peace be upon you)
Welcome to our Powerful Surahs of the Quran audio series, created to make the Quran accessible to everyone…whether you’re a Muslim seeking deeper understanding or simply someone curious about Islam!
Surah Al-Kahf Highly recommended to recite on Fridays, Surah Al-Kahf is known to protect from the trials of Dajjal and offers profound lessons in faith, patience, and trust in God.
In this episode, you’ll hear:
- A clear English audio interpretation of its verses (taken from English translations of the Quran, mainly Saheeh International and Muhammad Abdel Haleem)
- A short commentary based on Tafhim al-Qur’an by Syed Abul Ala Maududi discussing the theme and period of revelation. This has been simplified and edited for clarity and ease of listening, while preserving its essential meaning.

Disclaimer: This is an interpretation of the Quran’s meanings, not the Quran itself, which remains only in Arabic.
Future Surahs: We aim to produce a complete Quran audiobook in English, with each Surah available separately so you can explore at your own pace. In Sha Allah.
