On episode 6 of Pour For The Course, we wet our whistles with some Rebel 10. Three of the four share their experience at Worthington Hills (5:10), while Matt gives his story from a round in early July (1:09:00). Finally, a unique bottle from Louisville is shared by Matt (1:19:25).
On episode 5 of Pour For The Course, the guys take a look back at the Memorial Tournament with some course and tournament history. Matt shares an all time story about Mr. Jack Nicklaus (28:57). Everyone shares a few updates on their golf game to-date (58:36). And we finish off the day with an up and coming distillery blind taste (1:23:56).
On episode 4 of Pour For The Course, we’re out of the gates with a breakdown of Urbana Country Club. We then do a quick roundtable of updates on how the 2024 golf year has begun (1:11:48). Finally, we review a mystery pour from Tommy that has unique flavors, and has most of the group perplexed (1:17:58).
Episode 3 on Pour For The Course, we look back on the highlights of 2023 for golf and bourbon. Then we put goals on the table for our golf game and whiskey collection. We wrap with a blind from Columbus OH.
On the second episode of Pour For The Course, Tommy takes the guys out to Brookside for a review. We get a great history lesson from the member himself, and walk through 18 holes of bliss. We wrap with ratings and a surprise bottle from Matt that has some questioning their assumptions of a brand.
For our first episode, we break onto the scene with intros, a review of our bourbon game, and golf game. The first course we review is Columbus Country Club thanks to Dave's member-adjacent status. Finally, Matt, Matt, and Tommy pop open an anniversary blind pour thanks to Tommy.
In today's Juice Talk episode, Tommy and Matt give a quick working capital update on their bourbon inventory. They dive into the recent findings during Ohio's Single Barrel Saturday (SBS) and spend time reviewing the big match up this Saturday in The Game when Ohio State travels up north to take on the wolverines.
