Chaos inside Manassas City Public Schools has nothing to do with educating children and everything to do with politics. School board member Sarah Brescia has filed a lawsuit claiming a majority of the board conducted an illegal electronic and telephonic vote outside public view, in clear violation of Virginia’s Freedom of Information Act.
