Episode notes
In this episode of Pot Full of Hot Coffee, we welcome comedian Justin Hartmann for a wild ride through comedy, chaos, and questionable life choices. We kick things off with Travis’ latest employment saga and a wallet theft gone wrong before diving into Dominican culture, Roosevelt Ave, and the ever-mystifying world of Shen Yun. Therapy comics catch some strays, and we reminisce about John Cena’s heel turn and the perils of playing basketball against girls.
Justin attempts to convince Travis to try improv, leading to a deep dive into Ireland, car sales mishaps, and brawls at the halal spot. We break down the best comedians of the ‘80s, discuss Druski’s Coulda Been Love, and learn some bad words in other languages. Sean’s car-selling journey continues while diner talk, Creed, and Squatty Potties make unexpected appearances.
Trash talk over social media, bringer shows, and the brutal realities of open mics take center stage, alongside wheeling and dealing, first dates, and the messiness of infidelity. As we wrap up, we cover Dragon Ball Z’s Latino fanbase, sketchy car buyers, and fighting with neighbors. Tune in for laughs, chaos, and plenty of hot coffee!
