Here is some more information about our guests:
Danielle Lewis @danielle_ky on instagram: I'm originally from Louisville and I've been in the industry for 22 years and I've played every part but bartended for the majority of it. In my current role we joke that I'm chief ninja officer, because I do a lot, and who needs a title anyway. I'm actually shy/introverted and never want be the center of attention. But when you get to know me watch out! I'm the friend that works out on vacation and orders all the shots.
Tim Williams @poursoulschicago on instagram: Tim has spent 14 years in the industry and has worked every position along the way, from “door guy” to Beverage Director. He’s spent the last decade in buyer and director positions, creating menus that range from fine dining to fun and nostalgic. In 2018 Tim left the on-premise world and turned his focus to consumer facing cocktail classes as well as consulting.
