Episode 8 - Maria Macsay | Embodied living

"You know its just your Foolish Pride." Episode 8 with the uber Mighty Maria Macsay was a tour de force of self reflection. Maria is the definition of a free spirit, and not in a generic overused fashion of the term. She specializes in Somatics coaching and embarks with her clients on the beauty of spirituality through avenues like yoga amongst others. She is also the cofounder of Align & Allow Retreats, a globally recognized women's empowerment mission retreat dedicated to elevating the embodied rise of women worldwide.
