When Trump bounces back and forth on opposite sides of an issue, it begs the question: Which Trump do we trust?

Too many of us seem to be mixed-up about even the IDEA of trust, not to mention it's fundamental importance. For instance, we distrust our critical democratic institutions, but then we entrust their repair to politicians who take turns on both sides of every issue, playing the very game they promise to end.
