Welcome back to another episode of the Panther Podcast! In this episode, Dr. Henderson sits down with the new principal of Lipsey Middle School, Misty Sias. Sias has a beautiful history with the Brookhaven School District dating back to when she attended as a student. She proudly wore her red and blue letterman jacket while teaching at other school districts showing others what "We Are Ole Brook" really meant.

In 2008, she brought her talents back home starting as an academic coach at AJH. She loved her previous position so much that she became hesitant about accepting her current role of leadership. "I was going to be a team player though," she said to Dr. Henderson during this episode.
