THE THEOLOGY OF THE UNSEEN — CONVERSATION XII
WHEN THE UNSEEN BECOMES SEEN The Battle, the Altar, and the Victory of Christ
The unseen world is real. The spiritual battle is real. But the final victory belongs to Jesus Christ.
We began this season with a profound truth: There is a world you cannot see.
Twelve conversations later, we arrive at an even greater revelation: The greatest reality of the unseen is not the power of darkness, but the glory of the living God.
In this powerful, personal, reflective, and prophetic season finale, we bring together the lessons of our spiritual journey.
We have explored spiritual warfare, principalities and powers, prayer, fasting, perseverance, spiritual positioning, and the battle against the flesh.
But what happens when the greatest danger is not the enemy outside, but the spiritual boundaries we have gradually abandoned within?
The public collapse may happen in one moment, but the private surrender may have been happening for years.
Through the lives of Samson, Solomon, David, Peter, and Joseph, we examine the consequences of compromise, the importance of spiritual discipline, and the extraordinary grace of restoration.
Drawing from my own journey, I reflect on spiritual drift, battles that affected my personal life and marriage, and the transforming power of returning to prayer, repentance, fasting, and renewed dependence upon God.
This conversation asks difficult questions:
Are we neglecting the altar while expecting spiritual strength?
Are we feeding desires we are asking God to crucify?
Have we become comfortable with compromises that once troubled our conscience?
Have we become so focused on the enemy that we have forgotten the supremacy of Jesus Christ?
Yet this finale is not a message of condemnation.
It is a call to return.
Return to prayer. Return to obedience. Return to your first love. Return to a life surrendered to Jesus Christ.
Through Ephesians 6, Romans 12, Revelation 2, and Revelation 21, we discover that spiritual victory is not rooted in our own strength, but in the finished work of Christ.
We do not fight to make Christ victorious. We stand in the victory He has already accomplished.
As we close this season, we look beyond today’s battles toward God’s eternal promise: a day when faith will give way to sight, every tear will be wiped away, and Jesus Christ will be revealed in glory.
The devil does not have the final word.
Your past does not have the final word.
Your failures do not have the final word.
Your suffering does not have the final word.
JESUS CHRIST HAS THE FINAL WORD.
Join me for this final conversation as we move from the reality of the unseen world to the revelation of the One who reigns over it.
The unseen will not remain unseen forever.
And when the unseen becomes seen, may we be found faithful.
