In this episode, Sam and Will walk through the Ninth Commandment, “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor” (Exodus 20:16), and explain why it is not only about courtrooms, it is about truth in everyday life. They talk about how common lying is, how deception damages relationships, and why Scripture connects truth to the heart (Matthew 15:18–19). You will also hear Jesus’ teaching on simple honesty without oaths (Matthew 5:34), plus examples of how dishonesty spreads through social media and culture. The episode highlights why Christians are called to be witnesses of truth (Acts 1:8) and how to speak the truth in love instead of harshness (Ephesians 4). A practical takeaway is to practice honesty that protects others, builds trust, and points people back to God’s truth when the world feels confusing. If this helped you understand the Ninth Commandment and truth in a beginner-friendly way, share it with someone who needs clarity. Like, comment, and subscribe for more.
