EPISODE 10: Sugar Baby Love
Episode notes
Welcome world welcome to episode 10 of the Out of Character Podcast!!
DOUBLE DIGITS BABY!!!
We start the show celebrating the official start of a new presidency... particularly the historic moment in American history when Queen Kamala Harris became the FIRST WOMAN Vice President EVER. Shoutout to this amazing, strong, BLACK QUEEN for paving the way for future generations.
And speaking of Black Queens... Ashanti and Keyshia Cole FINALLY had their verzuz battle, our host @BC__TV talks about the highly anticipated matchup
And it's Tax Season people!!! Proffesor Bev joins the show once again for another segment of Ballin' on a Budget with Bev... if you own a SMALL BUSINESS you can be leaving money on the table!
Last episode, BC claimed he would never get the Covid-19 Vaccine... HOWEVER, we at OOC would never want to lead people to do things that are unhealthy or unsafe so we added a REAL DOCTOR to the Out of Character team.... introducing DR. JAMIL as he discusses why it's important to get vaccinated even if you haven't felt sick.
Lastly, BC discusses a lyric from the Queen Jasmine Sullivan's new album... she says if the D*** good she paying rent... which reminded us of our friend who is a real life SUGAR BABY. We get our guy Ricky on the phone and he tells us all about the love he has for his Sugar Momma!
We shoutout another Black Business! This time it's @THEARTOFYUM (IG) and their delicious BRUNCH spot. @THEARTOFYUM was created by 3 DOPE BLACK KINGS and is so successful, they're looking at expanding.
