Today, our theme was the first Pillar of Coherence, Self which manifests as Wellbeing.
We pulled the Knight of Cups, which called us into our future rebirth.
Our mantra today is, “I am reborn as my whole self.”
If you want to implement this into your day, try taking a cleansing shower or bath and imagine the water taking away anything that no longer serves you.
