Brilan talks about how he got started in the nightlife industry in Las Vegas from the bottom up, going from being a busser at a hotel all the way to becoming entertainment manager at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, one of the biggest and newest property on the Las Vegas Strip. He also talks about life behind the scenes, specifically what he thinks is killing and has been killing the clubs and nightlife in Las Vegas and how it can be remedied.
