Today, we continue our previous conversation on the subtle body, energy, and geometry

We combine simple practices whereby one can develop a deeper sensitivity to the subtle energies in and around the body with a metaphysical discussion on the energetic systems of the body, and of the universe. We can achieve a deeper awareness of these 'chakras' through many techniques, some simple and some more advanced.
