Press breaks to counter aggressive pressure defenses

This press break is effective against a defense that's denying guard’s incoming passes or trying to lure the ball handler once they receive the pass. Within the flood press breaker, a post player (a player within the rectangular space round the basket) moves to the backcourt free-throw line from their half-court position.
