Episode notes

I discuss my parts of my background and upbringing, having grown up in different countries (Japan, Switzerland and the US) in a biracial household to parents from Switzerland and Japan. I touch on how my fitness career really took off from when I was exposed to CrossFit and how I ended up in Kosova. https://radiourban.fm/
