Host Cody Futrell recaps the Bayou Jamb action and the week 1 local college football action before going over the upcoming slate of games this week and sitting down with head coaches from several area schools to discuss this week's games. West Monroe, Mangham, Neville and St. Fred's coaches all drop in to give analysis of the Bayou Jamb and get us ready for Week 1 of LHSAA and Week 2 of MAIS action.

NELA Preps Plus presented by American Mattress Outlet returns with an action packed episode. 3B Vibes and host Cody Futrell present another Coach's Summer Series report. This time, Cody is with Ouachita strength coach Allen Chance to talk about his great career at Ouachita spanning over 2 decades and what the Lions are up to this summer. Later, West Monroe coach Trey Long stops by to discuss the Cards and Collectibles pop-up event in West Monroe this Saturday, July 12 from 9 am to 2 pm.

LSU Tiger Josh Pearson

Another great episode of NELA Preps Plus presented by American Mattress Outlet. LSU and West Monroe star Josh Pearson joins the podacast to talk about growing up with father Bill Pearson and his baseball academy and the work put in as all three Pearson kids have gone on tp play and win national championships at LSU. The group also has a camp this coming week for local players to improve the game.

Host Cody Futrell is joined by former Monroe News-Star reporter Cory Diaz who now covers LSU athletics for the USA Today Network. Cory is live from the baseball College World Series in Omaha where LSU faces Coastal Carolina in a best-of-3 series beginning Saturday for the National Championship. Also on the show, Tony Osborne, new football head coach at St. Frederick's stops by to talk about leaving his longtime job at local powerhouse West Monroe and not coaching for 2 years before landing his second head coach job of his career at with the Warriors. Osborne talks about his career in high school football and his summer program he is implementing to prepare the Warriors for a successful 2025 season.
