Michael has played a part in the development of players such as Pogba, Mendy, Mahrez and Mandanda at the Le Havre Academy, which is recognised as one of the leading academies in France. As well as working at domestic level he has also worked across the world delivering coaching clinics, where his specialism is developing player awareness on the field.
