Gregg Broughton - Bodo Glimt Academy Director - On player development in England and Norway

In this episode of the NEFA Coaches Corner. We are joined by UEFA Pro Licence holder Gregg Broughton.

Gregg has had a superb career working in player development at clubs such as Wycombe Wanderers, Luton Town and Norwich City where he has held positions such as Academy Manager and Head of Academy Recruitment. He is now the Academy Director for Bodo Glimt in Norway, who broke numerous records last season on their way to winning the Eliteserien (Norwegian Premier League).

In this episode we discuss Greggs extensive coaching career, including his UEFA Technical Director licence research on 'psychological safety'. As well as his recent experiences working with current Norwegian Eliteserien champions Bodo Glimt.
