Joerg Sobolewski - The Recent Success and Future of Alternative für Deutschland (AfD)

My guest today is Joerg Sobolewski, a long-time advisor to Alternative für Deutschland, Germany's leading new right nationalist party.

Today we discuss:

• AfD's history, how he became involved and why an alternative to the Germany mainstream incumbent parties is needed
• What the ideology of the AfD is and how it has evolved since its establishment
• When the next significant electoral test is and whether it will eventually hold power nationally
• Where it stands on key areas such as foreign policy, trade, and immigration

And much, much more
