'Tis the season for food, sweets, treats, and alcohol! But no worries! You can just erase it all at midnight on January 1st with a New Year's Resolution, right? Caleigh and Sara discuss ways to plan for the weeks of family get-togethers, work parties, potlucks, cookie exchanges, and stockings full of candy. Fail to plan, plan to fail. It’s important to head into the holiday season with at least a few strategies for not overindulging and still enjoy the spirit of the season. And listen, we’re not saying anything outrageous. Have a piece of pie, don’t eat the WHOLE pie!
