We discuss the impact of nutrition, exercise, and daily activity on our results, and the importance of balance and consistency. Caleigh is still hoping for visible abs, despite her trash diet. And Sara proves that a consistently active lifestyle (including lugging around a 40lb toddler) can have a huge impact on body composition, regardless of gym attendance. We also check in with producer Audio Allen, who shares his experience and the changes he’s made towards a healthier lifestyle. If nobody else listens to this podcast, at least we know Allen has been taking note! We’re so proud of him!
