It turns out, podcasting is too hard, and we are going into the privateering business. Aaron and Chris discuss the many difficulties we have had with this season conceptually, and why it is explicitly and unreservedly someone else's fault. Eventually we talk about the Brineblades and Deepwardens, two sides of one mercenary coin. We explore the old, decaying Waystations which serve as their professional ports of call, as well as a brief history of the Orcadian Protectorate and their interesting and not terrifying benefactor Never You Mind.

We also explore a day in the life of a Marinaut with Coming and Going into the Deep.
