I Cried on a Mountain Last Week: How Should I Celebrate 1 Year of Maximum Effort?

Last week I stood at a mountain overlook and cried, and the view was not the reason. The reason was that this time last year, I physically could not have made the hike to get up there. In less than two months, I hit 365 days of maximum effort in fitness, and I have absolutely no clue how to celebrate it yet. In this episode, I talk through what one year of going all in has actually looked like (over 700 workouts, 624 classes, four pant sizes down, graduating from three-pound weights to twenty-pound dumbbells), why I refuse to stop celebrating every milestone along the way, and the half-formed ideas I am wrestling with for the big day.
