A full Sabbath School Bible Study reading for Q4 2026, Week 2, “The Call of a Prophet"
What does it mean to answer God's call? This week's Sabbath School Bible study looks at Abraham, Elijah, Isaiah, Daniel, and John the Baptist, and how their prophetic witness called people back to faithfulness and pointed them to God's promise of salvation.
In Week 2 of The Gift of Prophecy, Christopher Beason reads the lesson and explores the call of the prophet, the challenges prophets faced, and the hope at the heart of their message. The study also examines Isaiah 53 and its picture of Christ's sacrifice, Daniel's witness among foreign rulers, and the call to prepare for the coming of the Lord.
Follow along with the Bible passages, reflect on the questions, and consider how God's message speaks to faith and daily life today.
