Take it slow on the roads. In the next 24 hours. Here's the good news. That fog lifts by 9 A.M. and behind it? A preview of spring. Highs today reach 55 degrees in the Twin Cities. Southern Minnesota hits 54. Head north and you'll see 48 degrees — still remarkably mild for early March. We're running about 15 degrees above normal right now.
