Is health anxiety, affecting your health?! Perhaps you or someone you love is suffering health anxiety. This may be something you’ve always had, or perhaps in the last couple of years. Or as the last couple of years go on. And on!

Take a few minutes to ‘Tap and Thrive’. By tapping we let our body know we are safe - in the moment.

Our bodies are either in ‘fight and flight’ OR ‘rest and repair’. Our bodies try to keep us safe, which comes up as anxiety. Which feels ironic when you and your immunity need to rest more than ever.
