Episode notes
Hello Friends! Our Miss Brooks is a classic old-time radio comedy starring Eve Arden as Connie Brooks, a witty and endlessly patient English teacher at Madison High School. Between the blustering Principal Osgood Conklin, eccentric student Walter Denton, and her ongoing crush on the oblivious Mr. Boynton, Connie somehow survives the daily chaos of school life with plenty of sarcasm and charm.
The series became one of radio’s most beloved comedies and remains a wonderful example of sharp, character-driven humor from the golden age of broadcasting.
